There are numerous documents we will be required to collect throughout the process. Occasionally, this list of documentation grows or changes depending on the specific circumstances surrounding your application. We appreciate this can be frustrating. The quicker and more complete all documentation reaches our office, the smoother your financing will go.
Here are some examples of items we typically need:
- Paystubs or other proof of income
- Bank Statements
- Asset statements (401ks, IRAs, investment accounts, etc.)
- Tax returns
- W-2’s
- Driver license
