CTC Mortgage Group is a local mortgage broker in Washington State, catering to families and individuals; people just like ourselves. Established in Seattle in 2004, we’ve had the privilege of completing thousands of mortgage transactions for Washington residents, who have referred us again and again.
While we are a small business, our CTC family is steadily growing. As our client base in Eastern Washington began to rapidly expand, we wanted to provide our eastside residents with a more personal experience. In 2015, we proudly opened our Wenatchee branch catering to the city of Wenatchee and its surrounding areas.
